Our company is looking for a self-starting and professional office manager to perform various tasks around the office that include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Enter bills, invoices, and time sheets into QuickBooks
  • Generate reports in QuickBooks
  • Answer phone calls
  • Perform payroll tasks in QuickBooks
  • Organize and file various paperwork
